Overview

Overhead Door Company of Greensboro, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Commercial Technicians & Installers in Burlington and the surrounding areas. Employees will be trained by industry experts to perform installation and repairs of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware. Job seekers with a background in construction labor, electrical work, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job.

Responsibilities
  • Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware
  • Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
  • Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
  • Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least one (1+) year experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry
  • Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
  • Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record
