Sales Enablement Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of sales, the role of the Sales Enablement Manager requires a coach at heart who can properly plan, communicate and execute on different coaching playbooks. The role requires support/coaching/onboarding for three different sales positions which are business development representatives, account managers and account executives. Content creation, deliverability and follow through will be key components for this position.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with BDRs to optimize their productivity, sales processes and efficiencies, document trainings and ensure scalability and standardization.
  • Ability to lead workshops while effectively communicating sales notions to sales professionals at different skill levels.
  • Holding regular 1:1 meeting to support team members (Pipeline advice, shadowing, call listening, mindset improvement …)
  • Provide mentorship and guidance where needed with involvement and support.
  • Help identify and resolve any escalated personnel concerns when they arise.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to help different teams increase their knowledge, process adherence, product knowledge etc.
  • Responsible for training all teams – Business development representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Give feedback and updates on active resources while planning for future business needs.
  • Participate in management meetings to communicate strengths and weaknesses of team members while establishing a plan of action to improve status.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
Motivation and Atmosphere
  • Ensure the team is motivated, driven and working to their fullest potential.
  • Work with the leadership team on target optimization, gamification/bonuses to help drive the team month over month.
  • Lead with positivity while working with individuals to keep them in a positive mindset/state.
Training, Coaching and Onboarding
  • Buildout standardized trainings and onboardings to simplify the onboarding process and optimize new team member experience.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of all new hires in all sales roles while ensuring a regular follow up to those team members. (AE/AM/BDR)
  • Coach/train team members that are underachieving or on areas of growth that have been identified by management
  • Build out and manage training schedule while ensuring that it is being adhered to
  • Build out weekly and monthly individual and group coaching and training sessions.
  • Work with the sales team to document all trainings for repeatability and scalability.
Must Have
  • 2-3 years of coaching, sales enablement or training experience a must.
  • Coach at heart with leadership aptitudes
  • Positive leader who wants to help support a winning culture that is focused on performance and wellness at the same time.
  • Well organized
  • Excellent with deliverables and upholding to the time constraints of the deliverables as team members and the leadership team will be counting on those to move forward.
  • Exceptional communicator and capacity to present in front of an audience on a daily basis.
  • Training and onboarding experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • French speaking is an asset.
