Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to guidelines and check documents before processing.
• Clean scrap from machines and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Keep accurate shift records and communicate machine status.
• Conduct equipment checks per daily list and fill out inspections.
• Maintain proper cutting fluid levels in machinery.
• Safeguard tools and measuring devices, returning them post-use.
• Accurately complete time sheets and documentation.
• Report any irregularities immediately.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Your main responsibilities are:

1. 按照作业指导书，图纸及领导指示进行操作，操作前检查文件（工单，图纸，自检表，刀具单等）是否齐全，图纸号是否和工单上一致，待加工产品外表有无问题，加工余量是否足够，船级社是否正确，工具是否齐全，量具是否齐全，量具状态是否符合要求；领取和安装夹具刀具，按程序加工，认真自检并填写自检表；同时特别注意指导书中提到的注意点。
2. 每班结束时及时清除废铁屑和铜屑，清洁机器、工装夹具等，做好周边范围内的5S.
3. 做好交班记录，确保交班信息的完整性，包括机床、工装等的状态，产品加工步骤和状态，工具和量具状态等。
4. 按照机床上的每日点检表进行设备自检，同时认真填写点检表。
5. 及时向机床加注切削液并确保配比正确。
6. 保管维护各自机床的工具和量具，使用完放回原处，丢失需承担责任。
7. 认真实事求是填写工时记录单等单据。
8. 生产中一旦发现任何异常必须马上汇报领导。
9. 完成领导分配的其他任务。
