  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for rapid, automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Lead cloud cost optimisation efforts, ensuring platforms are efficient, right-sized, and delivering maximum value.
  • Provide expert guidance to development teams on new services – covering cost, security, back-ups and monitoring considerations.
  • Embed DevSecOps principles by integrating security, monitoring, and compliance into every stage of delivery.
  • Collaborate across development, QA, and operations to enable smooth deployments and incident-free releases.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance availability, stability, and operational efficiency.
  • Explore and adopt new AWS features to drive innovation, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
  • Participate in an on call rotation for systems managed infrastructure, ensuring rapid response to operational incidents.
What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for a DevOps-minded Cloud Engineer who:

  • Has 3+ years’ AWS cloud engineering and automation experience, ideally with AWS certification.
  • Understands UNIX/Linux administration (RHEL focus) and uses Python/Bash to script and automate.
  • Brings strong experience with AWS services (IAM, RDS, EC2, ECS, EFS, SES, SNS, Cognito) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), ideally with certifications to show your expertise
  • Is passionate about automation, CI/CD, and bridging development and operations.
  • Brings a strong eye for cost efficiency and cloud spend optimisation.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and enjoys mentoring peers.
  • Is always learning - embracing new tools, architectures, and best practices.
Our Commitment & Perks
  • Competitive package - salary packaging, annual leave loading, and hybrid work.
  • Learning & career growth - certifications, training, and project variety across cloud-native, containerised, and serverless solutions.
  • Inclusive, flexible culture - actively encouraging diversity in all forms and supporting your wellbeing.
