Salesforce Administrator (Full Time, Richmond Hill)

Position Overview

This role involves managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform while collaborating closely with internal teams to support Sales, Customer Success, and Service operations and drive long-term customer retention. The primary focus is ensuring that business processes are configured, streamlined, and aligned with organizational needs across a portfolio of platforms, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Service, and Gainsight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Salesforce for internal teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy, workflows, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards and reports for operational visibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to optimize processes.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Setup, integration, and administration of customer related technology solutions, such as marketing, customer success, and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator / Specialist.
  • Excellent and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle, renewals, and customer success processes.
  • Experience with automation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Gainsight and Service Cloud configurations and integrations, or similar.
  • Experience in SaaS or customer success driven organizations.
