What You’ll Do
  • Be the welcoming face of First Impressions—greet visitors and manage front desk communications.
  • Provide key admin support: data entry, document handling, mail coordination, and organizational tasks.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by managing and updating customer online webstores.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare product quotes with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain a tidy, efficient workspace and support team operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or marketing support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is an asset.
