The Williams Lake MCFD Administrative Support Team is a well‑established, collaborative group that values diversity and inclusion. Our team of six experienced Team Assistants works together to support three multidisciplinary and two specialized service teams, ensuring documentation meets Ministry standards and helping staff deliver the best outcomes for children and families. As the Team Assistant, you’ll provide professional and respectful service to clients, community members, and service providers, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality are always protected. You’ll manage both physical and electronic files, handle financial tasks like processing payments and tracking budgets, and arrange travel for clients and service providers.
