We are looking for compassionate and skilled EAP Clinical Counsellors to provide support to clients across Canada. This is a fully remote position, offering flexible day shifts or night shifts and the option for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (32 hours/week) work. Salary ranges from $62,000 (day) to $68,000 (night), plus competitive benefits.
As a Clinical Counsellor, you will connect with clients via phone, video, chat, and email, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood.
