Client Outreach Specialist (Tax Services)

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our clients team as a Client Outreach Specialist (Tax Services). In this role, you will make outbound calls to past clients, offering them the opportunity to review their tax filings and apply for eligible credits for a fee. You will play a key role in helping clients maximize their tax benefits while delivering a professional and informative customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to past clients to discuss potential tax adjustments.
  • Identify missing tax credits and explain the process for applying adjustments.
  • Follow a call script and CRM workflow (Zoho) to ensure consistent, accurate client interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service while promoting the value of tax adjustment services.
  • Participate in training to learn the CRM, call scripts, and best practices for client engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (60–80/day).
  • Ability to follow scripts and CRM workflows accurately.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to track client interactions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset; training will be provided.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
