POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Logistics Department, Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Class 1 Truck Driver at our Winnipeg location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pick up and deliver raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts.
  • Perform physical tasks such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting, bending.
  • Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork.
  • Work evening shifts and weekends as required by weekly route scheduling.
  • Conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a respectful, professional and service‑oriented manner.
  • Report concerns or customer‑service related issues formally.
  • Follow all company and Health and Safety rules and report all reportable incidents.
  • Ensure tractors and trailers are kept clean and presentable.
  • Drive safely and responsibly.
  • Effectively and efficiently address ad‑hoc issues that may arise.

  • $30.18 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Class 1 driver’s licence.

  • Flexible and willing to work overtime as required.
  • Team‑oriented and willing to assist with all routes.
  • Ability to keep up with physically demanding tasks such as repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
