You’ll work on projects that shape communities, improve infrastructure, and create sustainable solutions. This role offers hands-on technical experience and mentorship as you work toward your Professional Engineer designation.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver municipal and land development projects.
• Prepare detailed design reports, review drawings, and create technical specifications.
• Support project managers with scope review, budget projections, and schedule conformance.
• Participate in field inspections to ensure design intent is met.
• Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance sustainability and community development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in land development and municipal engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to interpret construction drawings.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $66,700 – $88,400

MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800

Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 – $80,000
