A leading construction firm in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator to manage the estimating department and develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The Chief Electrical Estimator will be responsible for all aspects of electrical estimating and will ensure adherence to B&M policies and procedures relating to the estimating process. The Chief Electrical Estimator will direct and mentor other members of the Electrical estimating team, and work collaboratively with other departments on estimating projects. The Chief Electrical Estimator will also liaise with customers to ensure continuity of work opportunities and with vendors to maintain competitiveness within the industry.
The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 - $130,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
