Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate your exemplary culinary skills through your leadership over key culinary stations in the kitchen
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of all meals created
  • Create menus and daily fresh sheets
  • Maintain accountability for brigade and all matters of the kitchen (cleanliness, organization, communication, time management, execution of service)
  • Assist the Sous Chef with ordering and receiving of ingredients.
  • Contribute to the morale and well-being of the kitchen brigade

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a first-class culinary environment
  • Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles and ingredients
  • A sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge
  • Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the position including lifting to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and navigating stairs
  • Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
