Talent International is currently recruiting for a Change Lead to work for one of our key clients based South of the river on a large ERP implementation.

  • ERP Implementation / / Phase 2
  • $920 per day inc super / / South of Perth CBD
  • 6 months initially / / Program Live Date Mid 2024 + Post Go-live
Background

The Program is a strategic investment and key enabler to the transformation of the organisation's HR and Finance capability and service and is an important step in improving core systems and processes to support the organisation be future ready.

Phase 1 of the program, impacting all 4000+ staff, was completed in early 2023. In May 2023 we commenced Phase 2 of the program, which includes four streams of work slated for delivery in mid 2024.

The role

The people side of change helps stakeholders create meaning, reduce resistance, and build knowledge and skills to implement and sustain change.

The person, you will be :
  • An effective team player who can work with cross-functional teams in a complex organisation

  • Have systems implementation experience in either or both Finance or HCM
  • Hold Bachelor's degree business, HR, Finance or similar field
Role Description
  • Using readiness and change impact assessments, sponsorship management and resistance plans to prepare change, training and coms plans
  • Delivery of coaching and support for leaders and users before and after go live to help solve problems and ensure engagement, adoption and usage of the new system and ways of working.
  • Managing a change agent network
  • Needs assessments and instructional analysis to identify relevant training objectives
  • Development of training plans and communications
  • Preparing training status reports, exhibits, communications and procedures as required.
  • Ability to assess training outcomes and develop remediation plans, if required, in short timeframes.
  • Managing internal communications such as newsletters, portals, and intranet sites
