  • Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test scripts to verify results
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers
  • Coordinate testing with partner companies to ensure quality assurance before deployment
  • Analyze and report on testing results, identifying defects and making recommendations
Qualifications
  • College degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Strong communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
  • Knowledge of credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Tandem and Base-24 systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
