A community college is seeking an experienced Nursing instructor to lead youth camps in grades 8 through 12, spanning July and August across multiple locations. Candidates require a minimum of five years as an LPN or RN, commitment to student success, and a valid driver's license. This position emphasizes the importance of safety and motivation in teaching, with a focus on creating an encouraging environment for diverse learners.
Term of App’t: July & August for a total of 100 hours

Reporting to: Dean of Continuing Education
Location: Chetwynd, Dawson Creek and Fort St. John, BC
Salary: Wages will be negotiated (non-bargaining work/non-credit)
Description: Northern Lights College's Continuing Education Department is looking to hire an individual with experience in Nursing and has a passion for instructing youth. Camps will run in each location in July and August for a duration of 5 consecutive days, from 9:30am – 3:00pm and will be focused on youth in grades 8 through 12. *** The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass a Police Information Check prior to the start of the contract.
