Job summary

A regional health authority in Manitoba is looking for a Clinical professional to provide patient-centered medical imaging services. The ideal candidate will have graduated from a recognized Medical Imaging Technology school and be registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists. Responsibilities include ensuring safe transfer of clients, exhibiting interpersonal skills, and maintaining effective communication. This casual position requires good physical stamina and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience preferred, familiarity with PACS and RIS is a plus.
• Must be registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.
• CPR training required in accordance with employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered clinical and preventive health services.
• Assure safe transfer and positioning of clients.
• Demonstrate safe body mechanics while working with clients.
