  • Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring safe and organized work areas.
  • Follow directions from carpenters, foremen, and site supervisors.
  • Support in constructing temporary structures like scaffolding.
  • Perform demolition work as required.
  • Adhere to workplace safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as required.

We are currently looking for a Carpenter's Helper to join our site in Campbell River, BC. The role will perform a variety of multi-family residential construction related duties to support the delivery of project schedules. The Carpenter must have working knowledge of the residential construction industry and uphold the highest safety standards while on the job.

Your contributions to the team:
  • Assist carpenters with material handling, cutting, and measuring
  • Load, unload, and construction materials and tools
  • Perform basic construction tasks like nailing, drilling, and sanding
  • Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring safe and organized work areas
  • Follow directions from carpenters, foremen, and site supervisors
