A restoration company in North Bay, Canada is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in carpentry, strong skills in blueprint reading, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Carpenter (Internally known as a Carpenter III), you'll bring your advanced skills to restoration and rebuild projects that make a real difference for customers. You'll take on complex repairs, guide your crew, and help deliver exceptional results that meet both quality and safety standards every time.
As a Carpenter, you take ownership of the work from start to finish. You'll plan your day, review blueprints, and tackle a mix of hands-on carpentry that may include framing, drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, and fine finishing. You'll make sure every measurement, cut, and installation meets the highest standard of precision and safety. You'll work closely with Project Managers and guide other skilled trades to keep projects running smoothly. Some days you'll be transforming a fire-damaged home; other days, you'll be restoring commercial spaces to full operation. Every project showcases your craftsmanship, teamwork, and ability to problem‑solve with confidence and skill.
