Job summary

A construction company located in Caledon East is seeking skilled candidates for a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling materials, supervising workers, and management of construction tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have at least 7 months of relevant experience.   • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
  • Supervise other workers.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, and other establishments.
