Job summary

A regional health authority in Nova Scotia is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care within the community and hospital settings. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent Critical Care nursing experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse contacts. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in arrhythmia interpretation.
  • Training in transesophageal echocardiography is required for specific positions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and provide direct nursing care to patients/residents.
  • Adhere to unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, and policies.
