Expected Salary Range: $104,662.00-$130,827.00-$163,533.00

We’re looking for a Capability Manager to lead our Systems Administration team. In this role, you’ll ensure your team has the right tools, skills, and support to thrive. You’ll shape the hosting technology roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and keep a close eye on the budget. If you’re a natural collaborator who enjoys both big-picture planning and day-to-day leadership, this is your moment!
You’ll lead the infrastructure hosting technology roadmap with a focus on cloud migration, set team goals, and manage the budget. You’ll support team growth through regular check-ins, development planning, and modern skill-building.
You’ll ensure tools, hardware, software and licenses are current, and work with Agile teams to meet infrastructure hosting standards. You’ll handle approvals and monitor team performance.
You’ll collaborate across departments, attend key meetings, and help shape strategy. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, hosting assets, and contracts to ensure strong value and performance.
