Position Summary

Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring high‑quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve "On Time" delivery.
• Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
• Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest selection).
• Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining quality.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issue resolution.
• Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area, immediate cleanup of spills, guaranteeing totes are clean and debris‑free, operating material handling equipment safely with pre‑inspection checks, and exhibiting behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrates flexibility in adapting work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
