Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ baking experience in a similar or hotel/institutional environment.
• Proven experience preparing baked goods for large number of guests.
• Successful candidates MUST obtain a mark of 80% or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test.

Responsibilities

• Supervising night shift employees; providing mentorship and training.
• Preparing and baking goods from scratch.
• Ensuring consistent quality standard in overall food preparation.
• Complying with food hygiene regulations.
