Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our prestigious Cabin Crew team. As a Cabin Stewardess, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-flight service, ensuring passenger comfort, and upholding the highest safety standards throughout the journey. This role requires a combination of hospitality skills, safety awareness, and excellent communication abilities to create a positive travel experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers during the flight.

• Conduct pre-flight checks, safety demonstrations, and briefings.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including the elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied minors.

• Respond promptly to passenger requests and resolve complaints effectively.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the cabin and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently, following all safety protocols.

• Promote and sell duty-free products on board when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Aviation certification preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Experience
