A leading health solutions company in Ontario is seeking an HR Coordinator for a 6-month contract. This role entails supporting HR inquiries, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a coordinator role and holds a degree in human resources. Great communication and customer service skills are essential. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at least two to three days weekly.

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is the main point of contact for responding to HR inquiries from all levels of national employees. This position coordinates and supports the employee lifecycle process by ensuring the accuracy of data in all HR systems, with a particular focus on WorkForce Now (WFN) and Workday. The HR Coordinator is foundational and critical to the efficient and effective day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes tracking and reporting HR information for business reporting, as well as administering changes as it relates to payroll and cost center budgets, adhering to all legislative requirements. This role supports new hire and exiting employees directly, ensuring a positive transition into and out of the organization, access/deactivation to files, resources, and systems.
This role is required to be onsite, in the Corporate Head Office, a minimum of two to three days a week.
You have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Coordinator/Administrative role, working collaboratively in a team environment. You completed a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field of study. You have demonstrated experience entering and managing the accuracy of information in an HRIS system; experience working with WorkForce Now and/or Workday is preferred. You have intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, understanding the level of discretion that is required to manage confidential information. You enjoy building strong, customer‑focused working relationships and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
