As the Business Strategist, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams to research and gather information on business processes, gaps and opportunities, industry trends and innovations to provide strategic guidance, consulting, advice, as well as analytical and technical expertise in support of Mobility frontline services. In this role, you will also lead the development, implementation and use of performance measures, dashboards and benchmarking for the Mobility Management Team and Mobility divisions, to increase efficiency, accountability, and transparency in service delivery.
