A leading Canadian bank in Bedford is seeking a Business Management support role to oversee IT planning processes and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
This role supports the Business Management team for Business and Client Service Technology in running an efficient, transparent, and controlled delivery organization, overseeing the IT portfolio, and driving continuous improvement. The position leads the business management function within Business and Client Service Technology (BCST) and manages all aspects of the IT planning process, including development, maintenance, NIE, strategy, and communications. The manager develops, provides, and monitors metrics for the BCST group, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements. This role is critical in driving the annual work plan across multiple global IT teams and coordinating control functions for projects and the overall BCST group. Additionally, the position oversees the BCST project onboarding process and related project and financial governance activities.
