Job description
What is the opportunity?

This role supports the Business Management team for Business and Client Service Technology in running an efficient, transparent, and controlled delivery organization, overseeing the IT portfolio, and driving continuous improvement. The position leads the business management function within Business and Client Service Technology (BCST) and manages all aspects of the IT planning process, including development, maintenance, NIE, strategy, and communications. The manager develops, provides, and monitors metrics for the BCST group, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements. This role is critical in driving the annual work plan across multiple global IT teams and coordinating control functions for projects and the overall BCST group. Additionally, the position oversees the BCST project onboarding process and related project and financial governance activities.

Must-Have
  • 2-5 years of work experience (preferably in banking)
  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Business or related subject matter)
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Tableau (heavy emphasis on the Excel and PPT)
  • Analytics skills and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in forecasting / budget planning
  • Willing to work late hours when required
Nice to have
  • CPA or any other designation
  • Capital Markets knowledge
  • Coding / or any other related language
