As the Business Development Representative for Specifiers, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with consulting engineers, design firms, and other specifiers in Ontario. Your mission is to influence project specifications and position Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation portfolio as the preferred choice in early design stages, while achieving defined growth targets for the region.
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $129,600-$172,800 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
