Position: Business Development Representative (Entry-Level)

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (USA)

Program Duration: 18-month J-1 Visa Training Program

Future Opportunity: Return to Canada as a full-time sales representative with Integrated Power Services (IPS)

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage professionally with customers, listen actively, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness.

Who You Are - Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and French (Canadian)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communicator with problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, competitive, and eager to succeed
  • Aspiring to gain international business experience and build a long-term sales career
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools (preferred)
  • Eligible to work in Canada and meet the program requirements:
  • Completed a foreign (non-U.S.) degree (preferably in sales, sales engineering, or industrial distribution sales)
  • One year of relevant work experience
