About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing relationships within the Winnipeg, Manitoba region. This is a remote role with flexibility, but candidates must be based in Winnipeg and available for in-person client meetings and industry events as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokerages and agencies in the territory.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate product and technology offerings to clients and drive adoption.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing.
