A leading testing and certification company in Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, preparing sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams for lead generation. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of related experience, exceptional communication skills, and a Post Secondary Degree in a relevant field. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from CAD 90,000 to CAD 115,000 annually and benefits including health coverage and paid time off.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business opportunities within an assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing tailored proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Account Management team. The Business Development Manager collaborates with internal sales support groups to generate leads, maintain accurate forecasts, and report on market trends. This position represents the company at industry events to build brand awareness and may participate in special projects as assigned.
Salary:$90k to $115k
