Responsibilities
New business / Growth Support
- Help create and maintain evergreen client-facing collateral such as client success stories and case studies, capabilities presentations, and boilerplate proposal content
- Work with creative leads to develop content for our social channels
- Collaborate with CX strategists, design leads, and technology teams to translate complex digital service offerings into digestible, engaging narratives for sales presentations (for both internal and external audiences)
Internal Engagement
- Drive engagement and support for social and charitable causes
- Coordinate internal events, showcases, and learning sessions to foster creativity, innovation and collaboration
- Announce new client wins, organic growth within existing relationships, and share positive feedback
- Build awareness for successful interagency collaborations
Qualifications
- Proven understanding of digital services including digital strategy, experience design, website and application development is a must.
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, and analytics services is a bonus
- 5+ years of experience in internal marketing, communications, and / or business development within a digital agency or tech-driven organisation
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse internal audiences
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Familiarity with analytics and social media tools and platforms
