What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education (Preferred) (business, logistics, or related field).
  • 5+ years sales freight brokerage experience (must-have).
  • Proven track record across the full sales cycle.
  • Top Notch negotiation and excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • CRM experience
  • A proactive, competitive, and hunter mindset with a passion for winning.
