Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships and promote our services across end users and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional communication skills and a creative approach to marketing. This role emphasizes revenue generation, business development and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Address customer and partner inquiries effectively, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
  • Develop business plans aligned with assigned geographic and market objectives.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation including reporting, objection handling and appointment setting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Focus on cold calling and emailing to build a strong lead pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns for end users and partners.
  • Demonstrate commitment to clients through regular meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Partner with post-sale account managers to ensure ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, negotiations and closing.
  • Use tools and online research to identify and generate new business leads.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Communicate flexibly across time zones to engage clients via phone and email.
  • Create engaging marketing materials for social media, newsletters and industry events.
  • Travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients, enhancing the company’s real estate presence.
  • Maintain a professional customer-focused attitude while upholding the company’s core values.
Requirements
Skills
  • Experience in the real estate management industry, ideally with an established network of industry contacts to generate business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Experience working with North American companies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required.
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media and marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Digital marketing skills are an advantage.
Education

Graduate in a computer-related field / Business Marketing or Postgraduate with an MBA.

Travel

Business travel as required; possession of a valid passport and relevant visas is preferred.

Qualifications
  • 35 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives.
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity and strong internal drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to build and maintain a wide network of professional relationships over time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
