Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile and DevOps environments to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, documented, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and clear traceability of requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, process flows, and models (BPMN/UML) to communicate requirements effectively.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current-state workflows and design optimized to-be processes aligned with DevOps and Agile delivery practices.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Kanban processes, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery capacity.
  • Apply DevOps principles to support automation, continuous integration, and iterative delivery across project lifecycles.
WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB
  • University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles, lifecycle stages, and automation pipelines.
  • Expertise in creating user stories, use cases, and process models (BPMN/UML).
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to align scope with business value.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
