Overview

Insurity’s Next Business Analyst

The Business Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, will work on new customer engagement projects for Specialty Services products. This person will collaborate with team members and build requirements specifications, configure the system under the direction of a Project Manager.

What Our Business Analyst Will Do
  • Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional
  • Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.)
  • Perform and support testing efforts
  • Assist in the estimation of work
  • Participate in straightforward system design and configuration activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends and standard methodologies, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

  • Analytical and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the Insurance Industry

Salary Notice

Insurity values pay transparency. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience. Salaries are analyzed and updated according to market trends to promote fair pay and address wage gaps.

Languages

Languages for Québec candidates: French proficiency is required for positions located permanently in Québec. English is required to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues located outside Québec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have strong French skills.
