Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with exposure to data, AI, and cybersecurity projects
• Experience working within large enterprises and ambiguous environments
• Experience working on backlogs of projects and evaluating which ones to bring back up to speed
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks eg NIST
• Experience setting up privilege access management, configuring firewall tools, centralizing firewall rules
• Experience with AI and data governance policies
• Comfortability with ambiguity, ad-hoc tasks, and evolving priorities
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work flexibly outside standard hours to coordinate with international colleagues
