Overview

About the Organization: Axella Compusoft Inc – Well established IT Consulting firm looking for Business Analyst on a contract position.

Qualifications

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Experienced OPS worker.
• Knowledge of Database and Data models.
• Business System Analyst with 7+ years of hands-on experience leading, gathering and documenting business and system requirement, and conducting analysis using the Agile Scrum methodology.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills engaging business stakeholders, conducting workshops, interviews etc.
• Experience with developing Agile Epics, User Stories as well as business/system use cases in capturing requirements.
• Experience with business data modeling.
• Experience writing and executing RDBMS SQL queries.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• As a team player aligns with project vision and ability to meet project timelines.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical IT team.
• Experience developing accessibility requirements.
• Detailed-oriented who is able to manage work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and little supervision.
• Experience designing product for web and mobile applications to ensure great user experience by developing user flows, wireframes and mock-ups.
• Experience with DevOPS.

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility best practices, including Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
• UI design experience skills using tools such as Figma and Visio.
• Familiarity with relevant Government of Ontario Information and Technology Standards (GO-ITS)

Location & Schedule

Location: Hybrid in GTA

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4V 3C9

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 per week
