Job description

Our Analysis Guild is seeking a true mind reader—someone who can anticipate client needs and clearly convey them to a team with diverse expertise.

As a Business Analyst, you will primarily work in a pre-project mode, supporting the consulting team in scoping new opportunities that will ultimately turn into successful delivery projects.

This role will involve working directly with clients (alongside CX and Digital Strategists), advising them on their needs, potential solutions, and analyzing RFPs.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects to define the most appropriate software and technological solutions to meet client needs. You will play a key role in Tink's service proposal process.

If you enjoy challenges, excel at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate fluently in both French and English, this role is tailor-made for you.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to :

  • Define software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Question, challenge, and advise clients on their digital evolution (transactional sites, corporate websites, intranets, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Define robust software solutions that address client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with CX and Digital Strategists, Business Development Directors, to provide well-informed client recommendations.
  • Design profitable and innovative web and/or mobile solutions.
  • Lead project scoping assessments.
  • Work with Business Development and Consulting teams to create compelling service proposals.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics

To succeed in this role, you will need to have :

  • A university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of new technologies and a solid understanding of Web (CMS, UX/UI, SEO, digital marketing) and its challenges.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support your work.
  • Confidence in delivering client presentations.
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand client and end-user needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong writing skills to document processes, requirements, and recommendations.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects at once with ease.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary environments to build tailored solutions.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce solutions (a strong asset).
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good English skills, as you will occasionally interact with English-speaking clients.
What we offer
  • 37.5-hour workweek with a flexible schedule.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave.
  • Group insurance.
  • Contribution to a collective RRSP.
  • Access to a free gym.
  • Telemedicine and employee assistance program.
  • Renowned clients and large-scale projects.
  • Various and modern technologies.
  • Reimbursement of training and development activities.
  • Events and social activities.
  • Experienced colleagues and diverse fields of expertise.
