Hybrid Schedule

What you will be doing:
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans and long‑term growth strategies.
  • Lead consumer and market research to guide brand positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and performance metrics.
  • Manage SKU lifecycle and portfolio optimization.
  • Maintain accurate product data and documentation.
Innovation & Product Development
  • Drive new product development from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and operations for feasibility and alignment.
  • Build and manage a 3‑year innovation pipeline.
  • Oversee packaging, pricing, and consumer‑facing communications.
Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Brief creative and media agencies to develop compelling messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
Financial & Inventory Planning
  • Own P&L for assigned brands, including forecasting and budget management.
  • Partner with finance and supply chain for demand planning and inventory control.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, operations, and customer service.
  • Serve as brand champion across the organization.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and key account presentations.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Strong project and time management; able to lead multiple initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven success managing cross‑functional teams in global settings.
  • Creative marketer with consumer insight‑driven strategy development.
  • Expertise in brand marketing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Skilled in executive‑level communication and strategy presentation.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for results.
  • Financial acumen including costing, pricing, and P&L management.
  • Track record in product innovation and campaign execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of brand management or CPG marketing experience.
  • Stellar written and verbal command of English.
  • Experience with packaging development, including copy, creative and claims.
  • External agency management oversight experience.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with and presenting to buyers at prestige and mass merchandise retailers, solid working understanding of and experience presenting to Mass/HIW/Club retailers.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Beauty experience in Marketing.
  • Fluent in French.
