Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Brand Homes Events Coordinator working in Creemore, Ontario, you will be part of the Creemore Springs Brand Homes team. You will represent the company at events such as public festivals, private parties, and corporate gatherings, while coordinating all aspects of event implementation – from initial agreement to post‑event reporting and follow‑up. You’ll combine creativity and strong organizational skills to design memorable experiences and execute them seamlessly.

This position reports to the Brand Homes Operations Manager and works closely with the Marketing team and other cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment with brand vision, annual goals, and exceptional customer experiences – both on‑site and off‑site.

What You’ll Be Brewing:
  • Schedule and organize brewery events based on the annual Brand Homes plan and product launches, building and executing partnerships, signature, and community events to bring the brand to life.
  • Manage and monitor each event from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee operations management including procurement, logistics, maintenance, and budget control.
  • Collaborate with external agencies across creative, media, PR, and experiential disciplines.
  • Participate in annual brand and event planning and contribute innovative ideas for partnerships.
  • Manage Brand Homes event assets and ensure both cleanliness and attractive layout of promotional materials.
  • Provide training support (sales, tastings, product information) and feedback to the Brand Homes Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience (minimum 4+ years) in event coordination, partnerships, or sponsorships.
  • At least 2 years experience in event management.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • A thirst for learning and a desire to help others grow.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $50,900.00 - $66,800.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short‑term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
