Brand Ambassador – Costco Road Show

About the Role

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and people-loving Brand Ambassadors to represent a vegan protein brand at Costco road shows. This role is all about creating buzz, driving trial, and turning curious shoppers into loyal fans through product sampling, education, and great conversation.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking about health, wellness, and plant-based nutrition, and can bring positive energy for an entire shift, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage Costco shoppers with confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve product samples following Costco food safety standards
• Educate shoppers on the benefits of our vegan protein (taste, ingredients, performance, lifestyle fit)
• Clearly communicate key selling points and promotions
• Drive sales by encouraging trial and answering questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing demo booth
• Track inventory levels throughout the show and complete inventory counts as required
• Support booth breakdown at the end of the road show, ensuring products and materials are packed up properly
• Capture photos and/or short videos of the booth, shopper engagement, and overall setup for proof of concept and reporting
• Represent the brand professionally and energetically at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable approaching shoppers and starting conversations
• Confident, clear communicator
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or plant-based living (huge plus!)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light demo equipment
• Food sampling or brand ambassador experience is an asset (but not required — we’ll train the right people!)

• Ability to work weekdays & Weekends when required
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to follow Costco and brand guidelines precisely
