Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Manageris responsible foroverseeing all financial sales and business operations within the branch.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop,manageand implement the Branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits,sales objectivesand keep all invoicing and accounts receivablein accordance withcompany policy.
  • Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, inmaintaininginventory records, in requisitioning supplies in accordancetosales projections and movement of product within market area.
  • Liaise with customers, supplies, divisionmanagementand otherappropriate industrypersonnel to promoteNutrienAg Solutions’ products and services.
  • Execute our culture of care andcomply withallNutrienAg Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales, marketing, or branch management.
  • 3+ years of previous leadership experience.
  • Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experiencemaybe considered).
