Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero, iFirm is an asset).
• Hands-on experience in accounting considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare T1 for clients including self-employed individuals.
• Maintain accurate books for assigned Members.
• Calculate source deductions in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate to answer Member inquiries.
• Reconcile bank accounts regularly.
• Assist with corporate and personal tax filings.
• Manage client onboarding for new accounts.
