PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Ensure the management of the mechanical integration department position in the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures, with his team and in collaboration with the PrEMs, the responsibility of mechanical integration, from input data, Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements (QCD), and mechanical components of bogie system.

  • Ensures the management of his team sharing his vision and ensuring team planning, organization, management and control (workload, budgets, deliverables, priorities follow-up, etc.)
  • Develops and ensures the durability of his team expertise and skills through the management of development and training plans for his resources
  • Ensures, with his team and the PrEMs, the product technical relevance, from the definition to the industrialization
  • Responsible for the production and the update of definition technical document deliverables (CATIA 3D mock-up, master and detail plans)

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Mechanical bachelor’s degree
  • Oral and written French and English expression required
