As a member of our Board, you'll help guide Stride in creating life-changing opportunities for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges to find meaningful employment and thrive in their communities.

The Commitment: Serving on the Stride Board is an opportunity to make an impact with a manageable time commitment—just 3-4 hours a month for a two-year term. Our meetings are held at our Milton head office or virtually on the last Thursday of each month from 5 pm to 7 pm.

• Regular attendance at monthly board meetings (5 meetings per year + AGM)
• Active participation in board and committee meetings
• Willingness to represent Stride at community events and functions
• Enthusiasm for helping Stride achieve its mission!

Additionally, a genuine interest in mental illness & addictions will enhance your ability to guide the agency's services, ensuring they meet community needs.
