HVAC & BMS Technician (Niagara N4)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC & BMS Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC systems and working knowledge of Niagara N4. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who is developing their expertise in building automation systems (BMS).

You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC equipment, supporting BMS operations, and assisting with the commissioning and integration of building systems into Niagara N4.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, CRAC/CRAH units, FCUs).
• Support BMS operations, including Niagara N4-based monitoring, graphics, and alarm handling.
• Assist in commissioning and integration of building systems (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).
• Conduct system checks, sensor calibrations, and data logging.
• Respond to faults, alarms, and performance issues to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Work closely with senior engineers on BMS programming and upgrades.
