Overview

ProColor Collision is looking for a Production Manager to supervise the overall production work and ensure production targets are met, collaborating with Auto Body Technicians and the paint department to achieve efficient vehicle flow.

Responsibilities

• Manages body production team to achieve cycle time targets respecting parts management and customer/insurance partner expectations
• Ensure quality and safety standards are being met to reduce and eliminate re-work and warranty claims
• Monitors repair orders to maximize efficiency and gross profit
• Oversee damage reports, repair orders and estimate of repair cost and plan work to be performed
• Monitor parts usage and report on any material issues
• Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Management or as an Auto Body Shop Technician
• Proven abilities in Automotive body repairs
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
