A leading real estate solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sale client relationships. In this role, you will lead client onboarding, address account health, and drive renewals, while developing strong partnerships with Québec mortgage brokers. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in customer success or account management and a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale client relationship, from onboarding through retention and expansion, acting as the trusted advisor for our customers.
