Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale client relationship, from onboarding through retention and expansion, acting as the trusted advisor for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong adoption of RPS solutions.
  • Lead client onboarding, training, and product implementation.
  • Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner with sales to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and operations to enhance offerings.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Québec mortgage brokers, becoming their trusted partner of choice.
Expérience et compétences / Experience and skills
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience a plus)
